The Vintage dinners at Lasserre restaurant are achieved by the chef Alain Pégouret.
The wine tasting are assessed by the sommelier of Le Laurent Restaurant.
Trained by famous chefs named Christian Constant and Joël Robuchon, Alain Pégouret, from Cannes, a south-of-France city, took the head of the kitchen’s restaurant Le Laurent in February 2001.
Since, he keeps going the perfection of the restaurant with a menu which evolves according to each season.

Bookings at preferential prices are available until 10 days before the event (max. 8 persons per reception), subject to availability.
Dinner fees : 245 € HT per person.
