The Vintage dinners at Lasserre restaurant are achieved by the chef Christophe Moret, (2 Michelin-stared chef).

The wine tasting are assessed by Stéphane Jan, head sommelier of the restaurant Lasserre.

An exceptional place, the restaurant is one of the most renowned gastronomic institutions in Paris today. Located in the heart of the district 8th, near "Les Champs-Elysées" and Montaigne Avenue, the restaurant welcomes you with its classy refined design.

Christophe Moret enjoys creating an harmony between flavors while incorporating different textures and a colorful style. By respecting and enhancing  fresh ingredients, he invents a spontaneous, authentic and elegant cuisine. Inspired by his classical training, his superb technical skills allow for inventive combinations which achieve a subtle balance between traditional and modern cuisine.

The pastry Chef Claire Heitzler draws  her inspiration from selected seasonal produce. She aligns classical flavors with lighter touch and her own unique creativity.
