Vintage dinners at the Le Divellec restaurant are achieved by Sébastien Carmona-Porto. The wine tastings are assessed on by Marie Roger, sommelier of the restaurant.The Helen offers a gastronomy dedicated to seafood. Interior decoration was entrusted to two young and talented architects. In a contemporary setting, they managed to create an elegant atmosphere, playing on noble, delicate materials. A subtle decoration and warm and comfortable pieces of furniture add themselves to this purity showcase.
Striving for perfection, the restaurant only serves fishes which have been captured from small fishing boats. Chef Sébastien Carmona-Porto pays an everyday tribute to humble fishermen by working out carefully selected fishes with the utmost refinement. Served meals both reflect conventional techniques of French cookery and modern know-hows that put great emphasis on discovery.
